Speedy Strips© is a technique I made up for using up scraps.
Or you can use fat quarters, or even all new stuff if you prefer.
I've taught the class over a dozen times, and everyone has loved their finished projects.
Here are two of my Speedy Strips samples....

Aunt Grace's Speedy Strips set diagonally.

Fall Speedy set with sashing and corner blocks.
The corner blocks are miniature speedy squares, made from left overs.

Here are close ups of both.

The Aunt Grace's Speedy is stippled and has been washed for that "old" look.
The Fall Speedy is made completely from hand dyed fabrics.
I really like the leaf pattern it was quilted with.

Now available for sale, the Speedy Strips pattern.

The pattern includes complete instructions on how to
make a Speedy Strips quilt with different setting possibilities.

Here is my very first speedy, which was made for my son's dorm room.

Here are a few Speedy quilts which were made at the 2002 Fall Retreat.
